CULTURE FIT CLOTHING reserves the right at our discretion to make modifications to products, prices, policies, and procedures. Please check this page regularly for changes.


We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. If for some reason you need to cancel an order or payment made, please emailinfo@culturefitclothing.com within 24 hours of placing an order for a refund. Once an order is shipped, any reversals of payment will be handled as a standard return process.


Exchanges and returns are only applicable to all products within 10 days of delivery. If you would like to return your product for any reason, please email us atinfo@culturefitclothing.com and someone from our team will assist you with the return process. The entire exchange/return process can take 1-2 weeks.

Merchandise that is being exchanged or returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached, free of perfume/makeup/stains, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to in-person inspection and can be denied if the outlined exchange and return standards are not met. If a return is denied, you will be informed via email and the item will be sent back to you at an additional shipping cost.

If an item is being returned, the return will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once you have received a notification that your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to you by your banking institution. Merchandise can also be returned for store credit. Store credits do not expire and can be combined with other discounts and promotions for a future purchase.

Customers are responsible for all shipping cost associated with an exchange or return if the correct merchandise was received.

Once an item(s) have been approved for an exchange/return (you received the return details via email), we must receive the items within 10 business days or the exchange/return will be closed/denied. After that period all items are final sale and will not be accepted.


All orders are running on a 1-3 business day processing time and a 3-5 business day processing time during sale periods. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped.


All orders are shipped within 1 business day of it being processed. When your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details. Once shipped, please allow 1-5 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders), or 7-10 days (international orders) without carrier delays.

We can not be held responsible for delays with carrier shipments. However, we will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package. We will investigate any lost or stolen packages 10 business days after the ship date for domestic orders and 15 business days for international orders. We reserve the right to determine if we will replace a lost or stolen package based on information received from our investigation.


All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. Be sure to check your country's import laws and regulations prior to ordering as it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package.

We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms to reduce the amount that is due.

If any package is returned to us due to the refusal to pay customs fees, you will be refunded in the amount paid minus any shipping cost.

CULTURE FIT CLOTHING will not be accountable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, CULTURE FIT CLOTHING is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, CULTURE FIT CLOTHING is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
