When will my order be processed?

  • All orders are processed on a 1-3 business day schedule. During peak/sale periods, orders are processed on a 3-5 business day schedule.
When will my order ship?
  • All orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order being processed. When the order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  • Orders shipped within the United States can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your location. This estimate is only applicable if there are no delays with USPS.
  • Orders shipped outside of the United States can take 7-10 business days to arrive depending on your location. This estimate is only applicable if there are no delays with USPS.
How much does it cost to ship my package?
  • $10 flat rate domestic shipping for orders under $100
  • Free domestic shipping for orders over $100 (excludes yoga mats) 
It’s been a while and I still haven’t received my package. What do I do?
  • We can not be held responsible for delays with carrier shipments. However, we will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package. We will investigate any lost or stolen packages 10 business days after the ship date for domestic orders and 15 business days for international orders.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

What is your exchange/return policy?

We accept exchanges and returns on all products within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached, free of perfume/makeup/stains, and in its original packaging. All exchanges and returns are subject to in-person inspection and can be denied if the outlined exchange and return standards are not met.

If an order is being shipped back for an exchange or return the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to complete the exchange or return process.

All exchanges and returns will be credited in the amount paid minus the shipping cost.

Returns will be completed for either a store credit or back to the original payment method used at checkout. If a return is completed for store credit, store credits do not expire and can be combined with discounts and promotions.

 

How do I exchange/return an item?

  • Request an exchange or return by sending an email to info@culturefitclothing. Be sure to include your name and order number in the subject line and the body of the email. You will receive a response with 48 hours with further details.
  • Ship your package via USPS using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
  • If an item is being exchanged, once the exchange has been approved you will receive an invoice for the new product and shipping cost.
  • If an item is being exchanged for an item of lesser value, the difference will be credited back to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • If you are returning a product for money back, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used.
